In 2018, the practice expanded beyond its Texas roots into both Kentucky and Ohio. Our original East Louisville pain management location is in Jeffersontown and our new West Louisville pain management location is on Dixie Highway. In Ohio, our Columbus pain management team provides care at our Pickerington location. Our 2nd Columbus pain location in New Albany is scheduled to open fall 2021.
