* Scaled production of the second largest brewery in Central Texas from inception to a capacity of 30,000 barrels a year
* Responsible for all aspects of the brewery’s production operations including: raw materials procurement, quality control, inventory management, and packaging
* Scheduling all standard brewing operations and running daily logistics while making ad hoc changes to meet the needs of sales team and local customers
* Continual assessment of supplier quality to maintain tight cost-controls and maximize business operational performance
* Recipe conception, formulation, sourcing, and integration
* Steered the development of both the new brewhouse (2017) and the pilot brewhouse (2019)
* Directly manage a team of 13+ as well as partnering closely with other departments and executive staff
* Conduct regular team training, semi-annual reviews, shift audits, and employee evaluations
* Operate 1-2 brew shifts a week to keep a pulse on day-to-day operations
* Created standard operating procedures from ground up (2011) and established the brewery’s daily task list programs (2013)
* Scouted talent for operations resulting in highly-trained personnel in critical roles ready to act quickly
