- Analyze the allocation of job expenses, audit overhead accounts- Determine billing based on percentage of completion (over/under billed)- Invoice customers, providing lien waivers as needed- Close jobs comparing estimated costs vs. actual costs, determine GP%- Prepare a WIP each month to determine earned revenues and backlog- Enter month end closing JE for over/under billings from WIP and reallocate overhead expenses- Enter monthly JE for depreciation on fixed assets- Prepare financial statements with budget comparison for each branch and subsidiary- Report monthly financial statements to management and the board of directors- Facilitate reports to the accountant for reviewed financials and end of year tax determination- Put together proposals by verifying scope of work and collecting subcontractor information- Track jobs that were bid, report bidding activity for each branch, then forecast from that data- Maintain general contractor registration and licenses for multiple states, counties, and cities
