Interviewed potential clients; request and review medical records; preparing settlement packages for insurance adjusters; extensive communication between clients, attorneys and insurance adjusters; reviewed documents in loan files; reviewed privileged and confidential documents for purposes of creating a privilege log; reviewed and compiled documents to create trial notebooks in complex director and officer banking litigation and professional liability litigation; reviewed employee files in employment and sexual discrimination cases; summarized deposition; assisted in analyzing teacher surveys under the supervision of Dr. Craig Richards, Professor at the School of Education, Columbia University, in the landmark case of Jenkins, et al. v.
