Hat Creek Burger Company was founded to bring communities together through fellowship and fresh cheeseburgers, where the quality of the food is equally as important as the experience. The fast-casual chain has grown to 27 locations in Austin, Central Texas, Dallas/Fort Worth, Houston and San Antonio. Burgers, fries, shakes and cold beer are the staples of Hat Creek but salad and gluten-free options are also available. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served daily, with locations opening as early as 7 a.m. for early risers.
