Due to this shift in market conditions, Cameron LNG constructed natural gas liquefaction and export facilities next to the existing terminal to create bi-directional capability. Houston-based Thermal Energy Corporation (TECO) is the energy behind what’s next on the campus of the Texas Medical Center (TMC), the world’s largest medical city.
