As the company grew we branched into new construction of drilling locations, production facilities, and gathering pipeline systems. Several years of geographic and technical growth in these areas brought about opportunities to become active in the pipeline construction and maintenance industry. In 2008/2009 we had begun discussions with a large midstream company that gave us an opportunity to work on their well connect and integrity program. This in turn gave DL&PS a tremendous opportunity to enter the Midstream market. In January of 2011, Dayton Lease Services, LLC went through an organizational change and formed Dayton Lease & Pipeline Services, Inc. With a larger market penetration in the midstream sector, the company felt it was beneficial to adopt a name that was more fitting to the current customer base. We currently have a full time staff of around 180 employees with the ability to grow based upon market conditions and opportunity.
