Experienced and knowledgeable, the Tex-Air Delivery staff is in full compliance with all federal, state and local regulations regarding the transportation and security of international and domestic cargo. Our warehouse is secured by the use of video cameras and an externally monitored alarm system. All Tex-Air Delivery vehicles are equipped with GPS tracking devices and are monitored online by our operations personnel at all times. Additionally, all drivers and operational personnel are equipped with Nextel radios to insure instant and accurate communications. Tex-Air Delivery operates two state-of-the-art computer systems including a Linux based Nitix Server for our office network and internet access and a separate, interconnected Linux based server for cargo tracking, invoicing, and customer service. Total communications capabilities are provided to all Tex-Air Delivery operations and customer service personnel, including fax, phone, radio and internet email to assure instantaneous response and information for customers and management.
