The New Markets Tax Credit program provides investors with federal tax credits for investments into qualifying businesses. REI Down Payment Assistance invests in Oklahoma’s future by providing housing opportunities to low income individuals and families. The statewide program provides a competitive first mortgage and down payment and closing cost assistance to eligible mortgagors. For women-owned businesses and minority-owned enterprises, REI Women’s Business Center and the Native American Business Centers offer quality business training opportunities, access to capital, resources, referrals and technical assistance to support and encourage entrepreneurs who are starting or expanding a business.
