Comanche County Medical Center (CCMC) is a nonprofit healthcare organization at the hub of a growing rural Texas health system. CCMC is the Administrator for Comanche County Consolidated Hospital District (CCCHD). Together we deliver and increase access to a broad range of health services in rural north Central Texas. The CCMC-CCCHD health system includes a 25-bed hospital (CAH), general surgery, 24/7 ER, swing bed unit, full-service imaging & radiology, and 24/7 laboratory. It operates three primary care clinics (in Comanche, Dublin and Rising Star) staffed by experienced family medicine doctors and advanced practice providers. Many visiting physician specialists from across Texas see patients at CCMC. Adjacent to each primary care clinic is a CCMC nonprofit retail pharmacy. Pharmacy services include low prices, free delivery, medication management support, specialty pharmacy services (for biologics and complex medicines), and compounding. Additional health services include telehealth, chronic care management, wound care, COVID-19 care, infusion therapies, diabetes therapies and education, and rural mobile health.
