As the point of contact between the properties and the hauling vendors, I negotiated contracts, determine the right size fit for the bins and service levels, and coordinated the complex logistics between the properties, haulers, and other vendors to address complex operations and ensure excellent customer service. During this time, I also earned my LEED Green Associate and TRUE Advisor certifications.
