COTTON PATCH CAFE, LLC
COTTON PATCH CAFE, LLC
Southlake, Texas

Cotton Patch Cafe was born in Nacogdoches, TX in 1989. The idea was simple. Make classic Texas recipes from scratch and serve them with the kind of hospitality that you can only find in Texas. From those first days in the Cotton Patch kitchen, we’ve always understood that good flavor takes hard work. There are no traffic jams on the extra mile. That’s the secret to our success. Each and every day, we show up early, roll up our sleeves, and chop, blend, batter, and freshly prepare every recipe. When you see the pride on our face, it’s because we know what it took to make every bite taste that good. That means you can’t find a finer Chicken Fried Steak in the South. But that’s really only the start of our story. When you dine with us, it’s a chance to experience the best that Texas has to offer. We’re cooking up the flavors you love from all over this great state. Cooking with bigger, bolder flavors is how we honor our Texas roots. It’s Scratch-made, Texas-inspired cooking that’s anything but expected. Welcome to Cotton Patch, y'all.

Mr Gatti's Pizza has been satisfying pizza cravings for over 53 years. Our founder, James Eure, opened The Pizza Place in September 1964 in Stephenville, Texas. In 1969, he moved to Austin, and opened "Mr Gatti's" as a tribute to his wife's maiden name. James Eure worked long hours to master the elements that make people crave pizza: real cheese (no imitations allowed), yeast-risen dough made fresh every day, our signature tangy pizza sauce and toppings that can't be topped. It wasn't long before Mr Gatti's Pizza were popping up all over the Southwest. It turns out that people crave fun as much as they crave delicious pizza, so we decided to give them both. During the 80's and 90's some buffet stores featured state-of-the-art game rooms, beginning an evolution that eventually led to GattiTown, a 25,000-square-foot Family Entertainment Center with up to 10,000 square feet of modern game rooms and party facilities. James Eure's vision is now a multi-unit franchise system with restaurants across 8 states, which includes GattiTown, GattiLand, Gatti's Pizza and Mr Gatti's Pizza concepts. Much has changed in 53 years, but the most important things have stayed the same. We're still following our founders’ recipes and our commitment to fresh ingredients.
