Legacy's tiny houses come in a variety of models and floors plans, which range from 1 to 3 bedrooms and even include the option of adding a large covered patio. Legacy manufactures homes at its three facilities, located in Fort Worth, Texas, Commerce, Texas, and Eatonton Georgia, each of which range in size from approximately 97,000 square feet to over 385,000 square feet.
