We began our journey in 1988 as SW Manufacturing, Inc.; the first international manufacturing facility for Shiroki Corporation (our Parent Company) taking advantage of Shiroki senior management's "international foresight"​. At the end of 2014 it was announced that AISIN SEIKI (Japan) would subsume Shiroki Corporation (and thus SHIROKI North America, Inc.); which was concluded as of April 2016.
