Beginning in high school, I worked for First Title Insurance Company as needed. My duties included assisting with office tasks such as organization, preparing legal documents, customer service, and communication. In 2012, I became responsible for the post-closing duties. In this position, I prepared the final policy documents for closing and was responsible for remitting the policies to the company’s underwriters. Other responsibilities included:
• Clerical duties such as answering phones calls, making copies, and organizing
• Effectively communicating with the lawyers and closing agent
• Prepare post-closing documentation after the recording of official documents
