Support Solutions and its dedicated staff members are committed to providing person centered supports that assist people to seek their dreams, establish significant relationships and be connected to their communities. Because of this commitment, Support Solutions has brought together an experienced team of highly trained professionals and clinicians who believe in an integrated approach to the delivery of supports for people, particularly those with a dual diagnosis requiring specialized mental health services. Currently Support Solutions provides supports to approximately 450 individuals across four states. Agape Child & Family Services is a Christian-based organization providing children and families with healthy homes throughout the Mid-South. Through support and wrap-around services, Agape seeks to provoke community restoration. Agape's services include: homeless services, foster care, adoption, maternity services and counseling, school-based initiatives and community support and referral. Agape will serve more than 10,000 children, adults and families this year through its services and partnerships. Make-A-Wish Middle Tennessee grants the wishes of children facing life-threatening medical conditions to enrich the human experience with hope, strength, and joy.

It takes a capable, committed team to successfully confront child sexual abuse in our community—and that alliance of professionals is located at the Memphis Child Advocacy Center. Prosecutors and investigators work side-by-side with Memphis CAC interviewers, therapists, and advocates toward a common goal: safety and healing for children. In addition, the Memphis CAC provides research-informed Stewards of Children sexual abuse prevention and response training to parents, professionals, and volunteers who work with children.

Communities In Schools of Memphis (CISM) is a part of the national Communities In Schools (CIS) network, known as the leading and most effective dropout prevention organization in America, and the only such organization that is proven to decrease the dropout rate and increase on-time graduation rates. Our mission is to surround students with a community of support, empowering them to stay in school and achieve in life. At CISM, we work to remove the non-academic barriers that prevent student success in the classroom. The barriers that keep students from staying in school and graduating are numerous and widespread. They may be hungry, lack parental involvement, be homeless or at-risk of losing their housing, go without proper clothing and live in neighborhoods where there is violence, drugs and gangs. Students with unmet needs have a hard time learning which is why CISM, in partnership the Achievement School District and Shelby County Schools, works to provide and broker daily school-based interventions to students in grades K–12 to address academic failure, truancy, behavioral issues, social service needs and more.
