As the Grassroots Manager for United Transportation, I managed grassroots programs that directly accounted for a rise in constituency participation by 207% over two years. This was accomplished by rallying a strong constituency through industry events and new media outreach. I also coordinated a coalition formation including 25 transportation companies and over 35 breweries. I used informational emails, educational deliverables, and new media to update constituents, as well as utilizing programs such as Microsoft Dimensions for CRM data centered analytics and Sharepoint for project management operations.Monitoring, analyzing, and summarizing regulatory issues for decision makers prepared me for exchanges with industry coalitions, Members of Congress, and corporate professionals. Before the campaign, my director relied on my ability to communicate with individuals of all levels to act as liaison for a large corporate client list including Whirlpool, Merrill Lynch, and Ferrari.
