We are centrally located in Nashville, Tennessee, providing coating services to the automotive, heavy truck, appliance, construction, utility, commercial lighting, and HVAC industries. We are ISO/TS 16949:2009 and ISO 9001:2008 registered. The SermaGard® family of sacrificial metallic/ceramic and non-sacrificial barrier coatings are designed for high temperature and corrosion critical applications. Offering both organic ceramic and inorganic epoxy and flouropolymer chemistries, SermaGard Coatings provide outstanding salt-spray performance, chip resistance, adhesion characteristics and ductility. Common applications are fasteners, stampings for bonded rubber applications such as body mounts and engine mounts, exhaust hanger rods, clamps, spring clips and specialty nails. SermaGard’s unique ceramic/aluminum high temperature capabilities make it a perfect fit for exhaust system components; enabling the use of lower cost plain carbon steel where expensive stainless steel was previously thought necessary. Our NitroPlate® process is able to polish to a bright luster for use on exhaust headers, exhaust pipes, tail tips and a large variety of other components used in both high temperature and aesthetic applications. Please visit our NitroPlate website at www.nitroplate.com for further information. RoBo® Coating is a unique semi-sacrificial coating system that is used where components may be exposed to oxidizers such as bleach (sodium hypochlorite), peroxide, chlorine, etc. RoBo Coating was developed specifically to address stress corrosion cracking issues with constant tension hose clamps used by original equipment automotive manufacturers and has become the standard in North America. Radiator caps, compression springs, pneumatic components and a variety of other components also benefit from RoBo’s unique characteristics.

BLINK MARKETING
BLINK MARKETING

The power of the promotional product (ie ad specialty, giveaway, branded gear, tschotke, etc) is so underrated. It’s unfortunate because branded merchandise is quite possibly the most powerful advertising tool of them all. The problem with the poor under-appreciated promo product is "perception." There are just too many people out there selling "The Factory Special of the Week" – regardless of its fit within the brand or campaign message. This misplaced ad medium then creates a perception of “useless, wasted ad dollars but a necessary evil since customers, potential customers, employees, etc. expect to receive something." The branded merchandise piece of your whole advertising puzzle, should fit seamlessly, regardless of budget. And that’s what we do… We are here to change the image of an industry! It may be a big feat, but we are up for the challenge.
