We also offer Precision Masking and Media Blasting (glass bead, aluminum oxide). All of our anodize is ROHS-compliant. We offer a variety of Chemical Films (also known as alodine, chemfilm, and irridite), including ROHS-compliant Trivalent Chromate. Our overhead crane allows us to process large parts. We offer Passivation type I, II, III, IV, VI, Citric, Nitric I, Nitric II. They are all ROHS-compliant, as long as the part doesn't present an entrapment issue. We offer Black Oxide on steel, stainless steel, and copper. All of our blackening processes have ROHS-compliant options. We have a mature quality program (20+ years) with a proven track record. Our in-house lab and process control staff allow us to be consistent with our processes day in and day out. We also have a full-time maintenance crew that virtually eliminates "down time" so your jobs get done on time. Our Management Team has over 100 combined years of experience!
