Service Coordination, Inc. is a private, nonprofit organization providing case management services throughout the state of Maryland to individuals with disabilities, those with complex medical needs and serious mental health disorders, transitioning youth, court-involved individuals, older adults and veterans. We believe that services should be tailored to meet people’s needs. Service Coordination provides support to adults and children by connecting them with needed resources and services in their communities. CSS provides quality, community-based services to individuals with developmental disabilities. Individuals are supported in accordance with their needs in school, work, home, and the community. Services are designed by the individual, the individual's family, and others who know the individual well. People with intellectual disabilities have a safe place to live at CPARC, and services that encourage them to grow. “CPARC helps us grow and grow and grow, like a flower,” says Bryan, one of the folks we support. Just 60 years ago, people with disabilities were living in institutional settings. At that time, the only option for parents of a child with a disability was to place their child in a state institution. A group of concerned parents created CPARC in 1953 to offer an alternative to institutionalization for their children with special needs. The mission of The Arc of Cumberland & Perry Counties (CPARC) is to empower, inspire, and educate people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, their families, and the community. “You help people, like my son, feel self-sufficient,” one mother says.

Bar-T provides care and innovative programs for over 2,500 children within 30 before and aftercare centers, 6 preschool classrooms, an outdoor education facility, and two Early Childhood programs in Montgomery County, MD. The Family Health Council of Central Pennsylvania is a private, not-for-profit organization dedicated to improving health, preventing disease, and promoting wellness. Family Care Services is a private, non-profit, social services agency in Chambersburg, PA. Our programs include Life Sharing, Foster Care, Adoption and Permanency, Respite, and Family Based Mental Health Services. We, Carroll County Youth Service Bureau, commit ourselves to provide a continuum of community-based mental health and substance use services for children, adults, and families in Carroll County. AHEDD provides employment services throughout Pennsylvania to people with disabilities. The individuals we serve include youth in transition from school-to-work and adults who are looking for employment in the community. Participants in AHEDD's services benefit from a customized plan of service that can include: skill assessments; career exploration and development; self-directed job search; job placement; work site support/training; and/or consultation on benefits management issues by Certified Work Incentive Coordinators (CWICs).
