Responsible for day-to-day smooth and effective running of the CEO’s office and every detail of his daily activities/responsibilitiesDemonstrate exceptional organization skills when planning and running CEO’s daily schedule during his extensive international travelsHandling all details of the CEO’s (and very often other business partners’) domestic and international travel arrangements; Very savvy knowledge of the best travel practices and advantages (via AmEx, travel agencies, points collection, hotel upgrade systems, airline upgrades, and access to luxury lounges)Comfortable interacting with international and domestic business partners as well as other high level executives (Directors and Alumni of the Harvard University and Brown University; Superintendent of schools, etc.)Management of the CEO’s emails and phone calls in an attempt to alleviate the demand on his time/scheduleSchedule meetings, e-conferences (WebEx, Skype, Zoom), as well as special events (celebrations, dinners, retirement parties, holiday galas, etc.), often personal events/celebrations for the CEO and his familyPreparing spreadsheets, travel expenses, and other reports often related to the HR office and the Finance OfficeAssist the CEO with all aspects of him being the President of the Board of Education for the Harding Township School (organize meetings, assist with monthly agenda reviews, assist with legal matters pertaining to school employees, etc.)Acting as the right-hand person to the CEO
