The mission of Residential Care Services, Inc.....Residential Care Services, Inc began in 1983 and has seen tremendous opportunity to provided needed services to residents in Allegheny County. In 1983, Residential Care Services, Inc began with a solitary house in Squirrel Hill that provided services to six adolescent females. As time progressed and the needs of the residents of Allegheny County changed, so did Residential Care Services, Inc. As Allegheny County has flourished the Office of Behavioral Health has never been hesitant to look to Residential Care Services, Inc to add, amend, and grow programs that would support and serve the residents of Allegheny County.
