InFirst Bank is a community-based financial institution that offers personal and business banking. We have the same products and services as the big banks, but with a small, hometown, community feel. You're not just a number at InFirst Bank, you're family. --- This page is intended to engage with our community, to share our support, and offer financial tips. It is not intended to serve as a customer service channel. We respect your privacy and take all measures possible to protect it; this includes removing posts which include personal account information. --- Originally chartered as a mutual institution, InFirst Bank was initially known as Indiana County Building & Loan Association. In 1943 a transformation to a federally charted savings & loan began and we became known as First Federal Savings & Association of Indiana. Beginning in 1994 a conversion was approved to become a state chartered mutual savings bank. This is when the former name of Indiana First Savings Bank originated. Over the course of time we continued to grow, opening new branches in: Indiana, Punxsutawney, Blairsville, Johnstown, Troutville, Harrison City, Greensburg, & Plumville. We launched a Commercial Lending program over 20 years ago that is grown into a full service lending department. In 2002, InFirst Financial Advisors, LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the bank was formed to provide investment, asset management, brokerage, trust & insurance services. In 2018 we changed our name to InFirst Bank. The new name was chosen to reflect our mission as we grow into new markets. Our purpose remains the same - to continue to build stronger communities by delivering exceptional banking service with local decision making & providing essential financial tools & resources to individuals & small businesses.

MARION CENTER BANK
MARION CENTER BANK
Indiana, Pennsylvania

Marion Center National Bank opened its doors during the summer of 1905. These one hundred plus years have seen many landmark events. When President Roosevelt ordered all banks to close on March 4, 1933 for the “Bank Holiday,” MCNB pulled its door blind down half way and continued to operate. This earned the local bank the reputation of “the bank that did not close during the depression.” Following this tough economic time for the United States, Marion Center National Bank continued to prosper and change. Structurally, the Marion Center office changed twenty-five years later when the “caged in” teller areas were removed and a single drive-up lane was installed. The drive-up was a first for any Indiana County bank. Later, in 1979 the multiple drive-up banking lanes were installed. Expansion and reorganization often follow change. The opening of a second office of Marion Center National Bank and the inception of the Community Bankers Corporation evidences this. The Clymer office was opened for business on December 6, 1984 and the holding company was formed May 1, 1986. November 8, 2012, an opportunity to expand our branch footprint presented itself and we opened our eighth branch in Hastings, PA. This branch was opened in a temporary "store front" location on Beaver Street and operated for 20 months while a permanent location was being built also on Beaver Street. A grand opening was held June 28, 2014 to welcome our new building to the community. The addition of this office now allows Marion Center Bank to provide services to the Indiana, Armstrong, Jefferson and Cambria Counties. *Marion Center Bank is an Equal Opportunity Employer
