• Lead overall daily operations of the Delivery Service Partner (DSP) for Amazon Logistic – Prompt Parcel LLC • Responsible for staff, vehicles, station interactions and DSP protocol • Manage, report and maintain all financial records for entire organization• Work with vendors and contractors on scheduling, invoicing, and job performance• Supervise the work of the operations manager, dispatchers, DA drivers, and maintenance crews to ensure adherence to quality standards, deadlines, and proper procedures, correcting errors or problems as needed • Provide team members and leaders with guidance in handling difficult or complex problems or in resolving escalated complaints or disputes. • Review records or reports pertaining to activities such as timecards, budgeting, monitor work activities or evaluate performance.
