Management and implementation of community-focused philanthropic projects in Frederick County, MD.● Community organizing with public and private stakeholders, including local, county and state government, non-profits, commercial sector and civic organizers to develop consensus in identifying and addressing community needs● Cultivation and advancement of effective partnerships and forging connections● Project management from community needs assessments to defining strategies for program development and execution, including contract management, quality control and program evaluation. Projects include:➢ Conception and establishment of Frederick’s Downtown Safety and Services Initiative (www.frederickdssi.org) convening over 50 community experts to address human service needs and economic growth opportunity➢ Restoration and renovation of Frederick’s Seventh Street Fountain Park, an historic city landmark● Public spokesperson, interfacing with public and press, including print, radio and television interviews

The Adams County Community Foundation is a public charitable foundation created by and for the people of Adams County, Pennsylvania, where many donors join together to make our county and the surrounding region they love a better place, today and for future generations.
