MSI is one of the largest toll processing companies on the east coast. We have five large heat treating furnaces capable of 2200 degrees with water quench with two new 1400 Degree atmosphere clam style car bottoms to 40 feet long. We Have 11 dual column and plate saws for large material. There are 6 large multiple head planer mills as well as 3 vertical boring machines up to 149 inches in diameter, currently being installed. Slab and plate belt grinders equal 6 up to 90 feet long. Flame cut and water jet services also exist. MSI also has one of the most powerful, 350 HP, Midwest grinder in the business. Roller leveling form 60 inches wide to 102 inches up to 2.5 inches thick. Hydraulic press work with a traveling frame 500 to 20 foot travel and a USI 1500 ton press 149 inches left to right &120 inches front to back. Other services on the way are center less grinding, and two Mattison vertical spindle reciprocating table precision grinders are in house waiting to be installed. If you need a process that we do not offer we will find a machine and put it in for you.
