Welcome to Children’s Service Center, its Robinson Counseling Center for and Conyngham Primary Health Care Center serving all ages! Opened as the Home for Friendless Children in 1862, Children’s Service Center (together with its adult care affiliate, Robinson Counseling Center and the Conyngham Primary Health Care Center) serves serves 15,000 people annually throughout Northeastern and North Central Pennsylvania. As a regional leader in mental health services for children, adults and families, CSC and RCC operate 25 programs in six office locations, while serving numerous communities and school districts. More than 550 professionals and support staff provide assessment, counseling and crisis services, substance use disorder treatment and support, and primary care that includes prevention and screenings, sick care, and chronic disease management for people of all ages. The Arc is a national organization that serves individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities and their family members since 1950. The Arc of Warren County is one of 700 chapters of The Arc and serves more than 1,100 people annually for the past 65 years.
