Eastern Pennsylvania Youth Soccer exists to promote, foster and perpetuate the game of soccer on the youth level in the territory designated as Eastern Pennsylvania and foster the mental, physical and emotional growth of the eastern Pennsylvania youth through the sport of soccer.

Provided recommendations for a new fellowship job description which will support a reduced workload and more focus on utilizing archival materials in conjunction with community engagement. Reviewed the donor agreement to a university archive, and provided feedback to administrative staff to empower them during renewed negotiations.

The mission of the Princeton National Rowing Association (PNRA) is to create a world class venue where rowers of all ages and talent levels can benefit from the sport of rowing. Through PNRA’s facilities and Mercer Lake, we will offer the best to our nation's elite and Olympic athletes, provide opportunities for area youth to excel in the sport of rowing and expand rowing in Mercer County through Community based programs. The Caspersen Rowing Center operated by the Princeton National Rowing Association is a licensed United States Olympic Training Site and home to the USRowing National and Olympic Team. Through PNRA's Mercer Rowing Program, Junior athletes are able to participate in a nationally competitive rowing team. The program draws athletes from 30 different area schools which do not have rowing teams. The Juniors row out of the same boathouse as the National Team and in many cases are actually coached by the nation's top atheltes. The Mercer Masters includes rowers of all ages and skill levels, from learn to row to competitive rowers. PNRA's Outreach program strives to provide rowing opportunites to youth who are not part of the traditional rowing demographic. Through our innovative partnership with Trenton's Joyce Kilmer School and the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Mercer County, Mercer Juniors Rowers mentor Kilmer 5th - 7th graders and 8th graders are given the opportuntiy to participate in the Mercer Junior Rowing Program.

Worked directly with the Producer to provide a variety of daily administrative support for Off-Broadway’s Hadestown at New York Theatre Workshop, and Signature Theatre’s presentation of Theatre for One. Also provided assistance for US and international tours of Song of The Goat Theatre’s Songs of Lear, and Bela Pinter Company’s Our Secrets.

ArtYard is working with Deonté as a guest curator to co-create an artistic vision for its theatre programming and to foster relationships with diverse artists to inform 2022-23 collaborations. Deonté is working with ArtYard to identify and cultivate meaningful and reciprocal relationships with diverse theatre artists, playwrights, multidisciplinary artists, and organizations.
