•Oversees and directs Boys and Girls Club of America national programs at the eight local Clubhouses.
•Administers, develops and implements program design, policies, practices and procedures.
•Ensures Olivet Boys and Girls Club mission, vision, and strategic plan is being implemented at all levels.
•Establishes evaluation mechanisms and other systems for assuring program & Site quality through target description, monthly milestones, quarterly program goals, and integrating logic model & other evaluation tools into day to day functions.
•Integrate comprehensive Youth and Family service model through partnerships and collaborations.
•Track enrollment, average daily attendance and retention data & other contractual goals to ensure that participants are receiving quality and long term support.
•Foster and encourages communication, cooperation, collaboration and mediation through formal and informal processes. Volunteer management for programs and special events is required.
•Incorporates a strength base orientation into work responsibilities and pursues opportunities for team and personal growth and resource enhancement.
•Responsible for recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, and supervising staff.
•Participates in Leadership meeting pertaining to grant development, program & contract negotiations/implementation, and monthly fiscal/program assessment.
•Support CEO and leadership team to manage all short and long term goals and ongoing priorities.
•Responsible for facility oversight and maintenance.
•Participates on committees, task force, external networks, and coalition groups for the Olivet Boys and Girls Club.
