Keystone Human Services is a nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing the human spirit of all people. Since 1972, we have worked to promoting inclusion, creating opportunities for children and adults with disabilities to fully participate in their communities and fully enjoy their human rights. We provide community-based services to children and adults with autism, individuals with intellectual disabilities, and adults experiencing mental illness. Our programs also include early intervention, Capital Area Head Start, and Susquehanna Service Dogs. Although we’re based in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, we serve children, adults, and families throughout Pennsylvania, Delaware, New Jersey, and Connecticut, as well as Moldova and India.

Preschool's available at no cost to eligible families at CenClear. We also offer Early Childhood Services at no cost to eligible families. Also offering, mental health services and drug and alcohol treatment services in western Pennsylvania. CenClear serves over 6,000 people with its quality services in 15 counties. CenClear's services reach from as far north as Elk and Cameron counties to as far south as the Pennsylvania/Maryland border. Our services vary by location. CenClear is dedicated to providing superior services to children, teens and adults by relying on evidence-based programs and treatments. CenClear works diligently to help families and individuals access the services and support they need to make their dreams come true. CenClear was founded in 1980 as a non-profit organization to provide preschool services to children in low-income families. It was soon discovered that there were very few options at the time for young children with mental health issues. CenClear began offering mental health services to meet the needs of not only children, but teens and adults as well. When it was determined that some clients also needed drug and alcohol treatment services these services were added as well. Today CenClear offers services for pregnant moms, young parents, toddlers, preschool students, school-age children, teens and adults. CenClear's mental health treatment services include outpatient services, in-school services, family services, individual sessions and group sessions. Those in need of drug and alcohol services have the option of partial hospitalization services, intensive outpatient services and outpatient services. CenClear also offers Medication Assisted Treatment at our Punxsutawney and Clearfield locations. It is made available if it is determined it would help the client and the person participates in the therapy program as well. CenClear works to strengthen communities one person at a time.

Our agency (previously known as Family Design Resources) began in 1999 by pioneering a model that is nationally recognized for expediting adoptions and supporting families. Today, we provide consultation and training to agencies throughout the country in the areas of trauma and loss, adoption and permanency, diversity and inclusion, and individual and family well-being. Additionally, with our partner Diakon, we co-administer the Statewide Adoption and Permanency Network (SWAN) program for the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services. People with intellectual disabilities have a safe place to live at CPARC, and services that encourage them to grow. “CPARC helps us grow and grow and grow, like a flower,” says Bryan, one of the folks we support. Just 60 years ago, people with disabilities were living in institutional settings. At that time, the only option for parents of a child with a disability was to place their child in a state institution. A group of concerned parents created CPARC in 1953 to offer an alternative to institutionalization for their children with special needs. The mission of The Arc of Cumberland & Perry Counties (CPARC) is to empower, inspire, and educate people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, their families, and the community. “You help people, like my son, feel self-sufficient,” one mother says.

Disability Rights Pennsylvania (DRP) protects and advocates for rights of people with disabilities so that they may live the lives they choose, free from abuse, neglect, discrimination, and segregation. As the protection and advocacy agency in Pennsylvania, DRP works to advance and protect the civil rights of adults and children with a wide range of disabilities to ensure their rights to live in their communities with the services they need, to receive a full and inclusive education, to live free of discrimination and abuse and neglect, and to have control and self-determination over their services. Founded in 1975, PCAR works to end sexual violence and advocates for the rights and needs of sexual assault victims. PCAR partners with a network of rape crisis programs to bring help, hope and healing around issues of sexual violence to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. PCAR: • Assures that communities have access to quality victim services and prevention education by providing funding, training, materials and assistance to a network of rape crisis centers that serve all of Pennsylvania’s 67 counties. • Provides resources and training on sexual assault-related issues to professionals across the Commonwealth. • Promotes public policies that provide protections and services to victims of sexual violence, hold offenders accountable and enhance community safety, and works with media to increase public awareness, access to accurate information and ethical reporting practices. • Operates the National Sexual Violence Resource Center (NSVRC), which identifies, develops and disseminates resources regarding all aspects of sexual violence prevention and intervention.
