Shared Support South, Inc. was founded in 2019 on the belief that individuals living with intellectual and developmental disabilities are not defined by their diagnosis and, with the proper support, are able to achieve their dreams and become valued members of their communities. The Meadows Nursing & Rehab Center is a 130-bed, long-term care facility offering top rated nursing care, skilled therapy services and recreational activities delivered with respect, compassion and dignity. The Meadows Manor is located on the same campus as the nursing facility and offers support, security and freedom in a beautiful residential setting.
