Brimrose was founded in 1980 by Dr. Ronald Rosemeier after receiving several Small Business Infrared Research Grants (SBIRs). It is comprised of two companies: Brimrose Corporation of America (BCA) and Brimrose Technology Corporation (BTC). BCA designs, manufactures, and custom builds Acousto-Optic Components, Near Infrared (NIR) Spectrometers, and Hyperspectral Imagers. While BTC was introduced in 2007 to be the Research and Development branch that transforms bright ideas and cutting edge technology into the companies commercial products. By 1989, Brimrose developed its proprietary version of Acoustic-Optic Tunable Filters (AOTF). Since then, this technology has been the heart of Brimrose NIR Spectrometers and Hyperspectral Imagers. The Brimrose AOTF is an acousto-optic device that functions as a tunable transmissive filter for light. It can precisely and rapidly adjust the wavelength and intensity of the diffracted/filtered light with an internal varying radio frequency. Our AOTF is a solid state component, making Brimrose’ technology perfect for real-time industrial process analysis. Since the mid-2000s, Brimrose has been commercializing products for major Pharmaceutical, Food, Agriculture, etc. companies. The AOTF technology is used in applications with such industries; along with Chemical, Polymer, and Petrochemical. Today, BCA and BTC continue to innovate, create, improve, and market new and current technology. https://www.brimrosetechnology.com/ Brimrose Technology Corporation https://www.brimrose.com/ Brimrose Corporation of America

Z-Band was founded in 1999 by three ex-Tyco/AMP employees. Our original technology supported only channels 2-25 of the UHF/VHF frequency range. Though a small company, we were one of the earliest technologies to achieve convergence, voice data and video traveling across one cable, on one infrastructure. Since 1999, Z-Band has seen tremendous technological change as well as tremendous growth. Today, Z-Band supports a full band of RF (Z-TV) and IP (Z-IP) video distribution products and possesses a staff that designs, commissions, and supports hundreds of projects in the United States each year. Each year our industry evolves, and so does Z-Band. We continue to develop new technologies, add staff, and add to our skill set with each passing year.
