Founded in 1899, Eugene Country Club is rich in history and tradition. We are a private, member owned club and maintain a non-profit status. The club is governed by a Board of Directors, who are elected annually by the membership. We believe our Mission Statement and Values describe us best:

A theme park nestled in the beautiful lush forests of Oregon with lots of hands on see and do adventure. Stroll through Storybook Lane, the Western Town, and the English Village. Home of the Fantasy Fountains water-light show. Rides include the Ice Mountain Bobsled Roller Coaster, the Big Timber Log Ride, indoor target shooting Challenge of Mondor, bumper cars, several kiddy rides, and a walk-through Haunted House. Picnicking, gift shops, food and more.

The Illinois State Board of Investment (ISBI) manages the defined benefit assets of the State Employees’ Retirement System, the General Assembly Retirement System, the Judges’ Retirement System of Illinois, the Illinois Power Agency, as well as the State of Illinois Deferred Compensation Plan.

● Key-leader in developing an onboarding process for new staff to ensure accuracy and consistency across all departments which yielded a 32% retention rate increase ● Analyzed and interpreted financial data to identify ways to improve performance within the budget ultimately cutting hiring costs by 20% ● Sourced, tracked and managed candidates for various technical and non-technical positions ● Utilized and built a variety of sourcing plans and tools, including proactive phone and internet research ● Met human resource objectives by sourcing, selecting, training, and coaching over 200 new staff ● Provided end-of-the-month budget adherence and task objective summaries to supervisors ● Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality products with little supervision

Established in Portland, Oregon in 1994, Synergo offered team building and challenge course design/installation to our local community of schools and non-profits. From its humble Pacific Northwest roots, Co-owners Erik and Jennifer Marter have grown our organization over the past twenty years into an internationally recognized company specializing in the high-quality design and installation of challenge courses, zip line tours and aerial adventure parks. True to its origins, Synergo still delivers numerous transformational programs to youth and adults through our experiential education programs. Additionally, within the broad spectrum that is our industry today, Synergo’s Training Department caters to the specialized needs of hundreds of clients a year through our rigorous and relevant training curriculum, while our Inspection Department provides qualified course inspections using cutting edge tools and technologies across the nation.

Western Display Fireworks is a fourth generation family owned business offering the finest in pyrotechnic productions. With over 60 years of experience, we are the oldest and largest aerial display company in the Northwest and are honored to be part of hundreds of celebrations annually. We custom design each display to fit our customer’s budget, event and venue.

The Boys & Girls Club of Albany Offers... Fun! Rule number one for almost everything that happens at the Club is that it must be fun. A Safe Place The Club is a safe place where kids and teens can come to enjoy themselves and their friends. Opportunities Club members have the opportunity to learn, grow, give back to the community, discover their needs, set goals, and meet new friends. A Full Schedule of Great Activities Games, tournaments, billiards, arts & crafts, dances, sports, leadership and community service clubs, music, discussion & support groups, school help, and computer classes. Outreach and Services for Teens A teen drop-in center, opportunities to volunteer and become a peer leader and mentor, counseling, crisis intervention help, and support groups.
