KI BOIS Community Action, Inc. is a private, non-profit corporation 501 (c) 3 operating in Southeast Oklahoma. The agency was organized as a part of the national "War on Poverty." Our Programs: Community Action Agency of Oklahoma City and Oklahoma/Canadian Counties, Inc., established in 1965, serves the communities with programs designed to “promote the self-sufficiency of the socially, economically, and culturally disadvantaged citizens of our service area.” CAA partners with private businesses and other Agencies to provide comprehensive programs that address substance abuse, home repair, child-care, economic development, and home ownership to name a few. Currently CAA addresses the needs of the community by administering the following programs: Since its inception in 1964, CAA has remained devoted to its mission of promoting self-help for low-income people and neighborhoods. CAA empowers disadvantaged people by providing them with the tools to overcome poverty, live with dignity, and achieve their full potential. It emphasizes education, skilled job-training and asset development. While CAA's overall focus remains long term self-sufficiency, we understand that sometimes, things happen. CAA offers a number of programs that help families through these times of crisis, including utility assistance in winter, and rental assistance. Once stability has been established CAA helps people move forward with a focus on education and skill development. The agency works closely with area businesses and academic institutions to develop programs that educate workers who are consistently applauded for their abilities and commitment to excellence. .

Arkansas Support Network provides support and services to individuals and families with children with disabilities. We are a licensed disabilities service provider for all of Arkansas, with offices in Springdale, Fort Smith, Jonesboro, and Camden. We work with a wide range of government agencies and departments, nonprofit organizations, health care facilities, education agencies, local schools, foundations, businesses, and individuals to provide the most effective and least restrictive supports for people with disabilities in environments they and their families choose for themselves.

Our mission is to provide compassionate, professional cancer support and education in the Northwest Arkansas region today and tomorrow. Dealing with a cancer diagnosis can be overwhelming, and Hope Cancer Resources wants to do as much as possible to help patients and caregivers throughout the journey. We provide patient support, navigation, survivorship and wellness programs, and cancer prevention education at no cost for families and communities in Benton, Carroll, Madison and Washington counties. Hope Cancer Resources offers a continuum of emotional support including crisis intervention, individualized supportive counseling and support groups. Financial assistance is provided for cancer-related prescription medication, cancer-related dental care and other emergency needs including rent/mortgage, car payments, gasoline (gas cards), travel for out-of-town treatment (hotel, airfare), utilities, and homeowners and automobile insurance. A Spanish interpreter is available to assist patients during their cancer-related appointments to help ensure clear communication with their medical team. A Certified Tobacco Treatment Specialist is available to meet one-on-one with patients and caregivers to talk about strategies and resources to help in quitting the use of tobacco products. Transportation is provided for patients to and from cancer-related medical appointments when no other assistance is available. In 2017, we launched the Wellness Center for Hope to promote wellness, healthy living and overall quality of life for cancer survivors and caregivers by offering access to knowledge and a variety of health-oriented activities that will aid in a healthier cancer journey. In addition, Hope Cancer Resources impacts the community by providing free cancer prevention education to schools, churches, businesses and civic organizations in Northwest Arkansas. We are here to provide support for the journey and education for life.

Arkansas Family Supports, Inc. founded December 15, 2015, by Jeff Lambert and Roy Thompson is committed to providing and continually improving the highest quality of care and service delivery in Waiver Services for members and families served.
