The Oklahoma Bankers Association serves more than 230 member banks. Based in Oklahoma City, the OBA assists its members with government relations, educational programs, legal and compliance services, communications, insurance products and numerous products and services. The Association was created in June 1897 when 25 banks from Oklahoma Territory assembled to organize in pursuit of their common goals. It was 10 years before Oklahoma became a state. Of course, the OBA has undergone many changes over the past century, but it has stayed true to its basic mission of helping banks cope with their common concerns and needs. The OBA works with banks to ensure they have the tools they need to support their communities. We provide fraud training programs to banks at no charge, we bring financial literacy programs to communities across the state and so much more.

Under the national umbrella of Boys & Girls Clubs of America, the mission of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Oklahoma County is to enable all young people, especially those who need us most, to reach their full potential as productive, caring, responsible citizens. Reaching more than 3,800 youth annually in the Oklahoma City area and serving over 800 kids daily, Boys & Girls Clubs of Oklahoma County has four club locations and is open year-around. Our main Clubhouse, Memorial Park, boasts a 35,000 square foot facility, complete with a full size gymnasiums, cafeteria, fitness center, Computer lab, art room, dance studio and library. Our three school sites support youth in some of our most undeserved community in Oklahoma City. Santa Fe South Elementary has been operating since fall of 2013. Cesar Chavez Elementary opened in January 2014 and Telstar Elementary opened in September 2015. Each location share the school’s facility and have reached capacity at 200 members each day. Red River Community Corps (RRCC) began in 2013 with two of Oklahoma's largest AmeriCorps programs: Oklahoma Serves and Oklahoma In Action. AmeriCorps members who served with Red River Community Corps provided over 850,000 hours of service to more than 120 different nonprofit agencies across Oklahoma. RRCC continued to grow, adding an AmeriCorps VISTA program in 2017 and launching two new AmeriCorps State programs in 2019. RRCC is now Oklahoma’s largest intermediary of AmeriCorps State and VISTA programs.
