Family & Children’s Services is a non-profit, Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic serving adults, children, and families in metro Tulsa. Since 1921, our dedicated staff has restored children’s wellbeing, healed hurting and abused children, strengthened families and provided hope and a path to recovery for those dealing with serious mental illness and addiction. We provide our services regardless of clients'​ insurance coverage. They are strictly confidential and offered regardless of race, religion, gender or income. We have English- and Spanish-speaking staff members. Other translation services are available upon request. Family & Children’s Services has a network of convenient office locations. In addition to weekday hours, we offer evening appointments at many locations.

LIFE Senior Services is a premier United Way agency specializing in home and community based services that promote healthy aging and aging-in-place for thousands of adults 50+ in northeastern Oklahoma. Youth Services assists more than 18,000 young people and their families each year with programs focused on four key areas: Runaway and Homeless Youth, Counseling, Delinquency Prevention and Youth Development. Green Country Habitat for Humanity is a nonprofit organization that has been serving families in Tulsa County since 1988. Through home sponsorships, individual donations, and volunteer work, we are able to build safe, quality, beautiful homes and offer affordable, low-interest mortgages to families who cannot afford a traditional mortgage. We work directly with our homeowners to ensure that housing expenses are not a cost burden, and our homebuyer program includes volunteer work and courses on homeownership in order to emphasize the importance of community involvement and education. Domestic Violence Intervention Services (DVIS), a Tulsa Area United Way partner agency, is the only nonprofit agency in Tulsa, Okla., and the surrounding communities providing comprehensive intervention and prevention services to men, women and children affected by domestic violence. The DVIS mission is to rebuild lives affected by domestic violence and sexual assault through advocacy, shelter, counseling and education. DVIS offers a 24-hour information and crisis line 918.7HELP.ME (918.743.5763), hospital support to victims of sexual assault, counseling, transitional living, emergency shelter services, legal services, and numerous outreach and community education initiatives.

For their families, anxiety over the child’s illness is often compounded by lengthy hospital stays, months of outpatient treatment, and the expense of being away from work and home. If not for Ronald McDonald House of Tulsa families – including brothers, sisters, and grandparents – would spend their days and nights in hotels, their cars, or hospital waiting rooms to be close to their sick children. Income streams consist of donations and endowment earnings. Almost everything needed to run a home has been donated at one time or another as an in-kind gift. Everything from food, toothpaste, and laundry soap… to beds, televisions, furniture, and a House van to help with transportation. Cash is generated through giving programs, fundraisers, planned giving, and bequests.
