• Managed the full cycle of recruiting; screening resumes, phone screens, and in-person interviews with potential candidates, submitting candidates to clients, scheduling candidates’ interviews, completing reference checks. • Account management: phone & email correspondence, coordinated interviews, arrival & quality checks, submittal and marketing of candidates, received client feedback, managed job orders • Utilized job boards to source potential candidates • HR responsibilities: stayed up to date on state & federal labor laws, onboarded new candidates, verified employment, managed offer letters, trained new employees, assisted with payroll weekly
