Who We Are Founded in 1998 by Jeff Roessner, we started making seamless citronella buckets, but within a year we were producing seat wires. This quickly escalated into more automotive seat products. In short order we grew and started expanding our Ohio footprint as well as purchasing a facility in Tennessee. We did that while developing the 1st formed press notch in the in US and adding CNC bending, robotic welding, and automation capabilities. We were purchased by the LeFevre family in 2003 and received ISO certification shortly after. What We Do From making citronella candles to producing full seat frames and structures with multiple wires, tubes and welds was a path filled with growth in our capabilities. We consistently seek new equipment, processes, and experienced team members to stimulate growth in our business. CNC benders, weld cells, custom tooling, and automation design are common in our core products. Our familiarity there allows us to offer expertise to customers and apply them to our product designs.
