Perform clerical tasks while assisting the doctors and nurses with charting of the patients. Take vitals including: blood pressure, temperature, respirations and pulse oximetry. Perform phlebotomy insuring proper tubes are drawn for the tests ordered. Reconcile patient's medications and then organize and monitor the rooming of the patients per doctor. Assist the doctors and nurses with ADLs of patients from chair to chair, wheelchair/walker to chair and from their car to wheelchair.
