West Side Montessori is a family-oriented educational community engaging and inspiring children to discover their potential within an environment promoting mutual respect, social responsibility, natural curiosity, and a love of learning. West Side Montessori campuses are located in Toledo and Perrysburg, Ohio and is one of only five accredited Montessori schools in the state of Ohio. West Side Montessori provides highly organized classroom learning environments that give children countless opportunities to move, make choices, and take charge of their own learning. For example, very young children are sorting and categorizing their world and are very sensitive to order in their lives. The Montessori classroom environment and materials are designed to aid the young child in the development of his or her sense of order. Montessori philosophy and curriculum promote an understanding and appreciation for the interconnectedness of all that exists and a consequent social policy that teaches we are stewards of the earth. Social outreach and community improvement service projects are an integral part of our curriculum. Cooperation and collaboration are cornerstones of the Montessori learning environment. Toledo Christian has been partnering with Christian families for 45 years to provide a college-preparatory, Bible-centered program to educate, disciple, and prepare students to follow Christ and impact culture. Founded in 1991, we are the only community funded, nonprofit science center in all of Southern Missouri. We are a worldwide, award-winning organization serving 3 countries, over 30 US states, and over 30 Missouri counties. Our mission is to inspire curiosity and a life-long love of learning through memorable and engaging hands-on experiences in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics). We are an independent, nonprofit 501(c)3 organization, that relies on admissions, memberships, program fees, and donations to continue our educational mission, programs and exhibits. The Discovery Center of Springfield is a museum of scientific wonder where people of all ages can explore and learn in a hands-on environment. We hope to teach a love for learning and a curiosity about the world, the things in it, and how we fit into it all. We have more than 300 exhibits (with the occasional traveling exhibit coming to visit) that take up an astounding 60,000 square feet of exhibit space. DCS is made up of 7 floors of hands-on technology fun, reading panels, and hands-on activities for kids big and small. Here at the Discovery Center, we offer field trips as well as educational resources for teachers and families. We also offer inexpensive plans for parties and rentals for your special event. We offer yearly memberships as well as daily admission. Admission: $12 Adults, $10 Seniors, $8 Children (ages 3-15) Regular Hours: Tuesday - Sunday 10am-6pm

Orion Education & Training (formerly SCKESC) is one of seven service agencies in the state of Kansas designed to furnish more efficient and/or economical services to maximize educational opportunities for Kansas students. Service centers also act as liaisons between local districts and Kansas State Department of Education (KSDE). We also provide corporate organizations with a wide range of training services including human resources consulting and professional development. Our mission is to provide quality, cost-effective, progressive educational services that are relevant and responsive through positive relationships and open communication.
