GK Technology produces a user friendly, agronomy based, GIS package for use in a wide range of precision agriculture practices. The software can be used for both grid and zone management derived from imagery (aerial and satellite), yield data (fruit and vegetable), soil samples, soil EC data, topography and more. The software can also be used for GPS guided travel, zone soil and tissue sampling, variable rate application control and variable rate prescription creation, and for land watershed management. The software can process raw LIDAR data (.LAS files), as well as RTK data from numerous vendors, to create overland, and tile, drainage installation plans. These plans can then imported into machine control systems for earthmoving and tile installation operations.
