The mission of the Constructors Association of Western Pennsylvania (CAWP) is to be the premier trade association for union* affiliated contractors in the heavy, highway, railroad and utility construction industry in western Pennsylvania. North Central West Virginia Community Action Association helps individuals and families reach their highest levels of social and economic independence by providing a broad range of anti-poverty services and educational resources.

Since 1937, Easterseals Rehabilitation Center in Wheeling has provided life-changing solutions for children and adults with disabilities. Our speech, physical and occupational therapists provide outpatient therapy for children and also serve children at home through WV Birth to Three and in many local school districts. We also provide medical rehabilitation services for children and adults, as well as autism diagnostic services (Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule-ADOS-2). We see clients throughout the Mid- and Upper Ohio Valley, with offices in Steubenville, Wheeling, New Martinsville and Parkersburg.

The Washington County Community Foundation (WCCF) was initiated by community leaders to encourage charitable giving. Its mission is to improve the quality of life in Washington County by promoting and facilitating philanthropy. Fostering philanthropy by offering charitable gifting opportunities to donors on an individualized basis and at reasonable fees, the Foundation makes charitable giving easier, more satisfying, and more effective. A 501(c)(3) charitable corporation, the WCCF distributes charitable grants in eight broad categories of: Animal Welfare, Arts & Humanities, Community Improvement & Economic Development, Conservation & Environment, Education, Health & Fitness, Human Needs, and Religion & Faith-Based.
