Heartland Health & Wellness Fund is 39,000 members strong, comprised of plan participants in Indiana, Illinois, Kentucky, Michigan, Ohio, West Virginia and Wisconsin represented by the United Food and Commercial Workers (UFCW). The fund offers quality health benefits and eligibility information to its plan participants and their families. The Fund employs more than 40 well-trained and experienced staff members to provide health benefit solutions. The staff team serves its membership by answering concerns regarding claims, eligibility, enrollment, sick pay, pension, appeals, wellness resources and general benefits information.
