• Successfully plan, manage, and support all dealer partners in the Midwest / Great Lakes Region geographical territory that consists of 12 states. Products and services include alternative financing options for steel buildings manufacturers and their customers, outdoor and recreational buildings manufacturers, as well as small residential, commercial and agricultural buildings.• Travel extensively to dealers, program partner and company sites to conduct business throughout territory including, but not limited to program rollouts, personalized training, contract negotiations, sales presentations and networking events. • Resolve all complaints, issues and inquiries throughout territory. Effectively engage and communicate with customer and dealer base while maintaining open and efficient communication regarding all efforts to senior leadership.• Create, implement, and manage all marketing acquisition and retention efforts throughout territory. Accurately forecast sales and revenue. Deliver results.• Maintain complete and accurate accounts and records of all business throughout territory and represent company personally in a professional and positive way in all aspects including local and community presence, online and social media. Meet and exceed all sales projections and maximize revenue throughout assigned territory.
