Shakley Mechanical opened for business on April 3, 1995, with five full-time employees. A small sheet metal shop was built and a one-room office operated out of the basement of Ken & Amy Shakley’s home. As the business grew, it became necessary in 1999 to build a larger sheet metal shop with an attached office. The new facility was completed in May 2000.
