Most recently, ULA was awarded the WIOA Adult and Dislocated Worker Career Services contract in Medina County. The ULA has a history of serving diverse populations while demonstrating the ability to meet the unique needs of individuals served. Through our initiatives, WIOA and other workforce development contracts, ULA aims to provide services to help individuals achieve the satisfaction of their basic human needs, and to provide opportunities, programs and employment to reach their full human potential. Our mission is to attack the causes of poverty and improve quality of life for individuals and families. We recognize that work is integral to an individual’s dignity and our mission and programs address employment, reemployment, retention, and other workforce needs within communities, while providing employers with the workforce they need to be competitive and successful.
