In the 2022 Downtown Strategic Plan, the community made the priority clear: people. In 2023 Downtown Columbus, Inc., began immediately delivering what residents requested. Current projects include workforce housing Topiary Park Crossing, free programming at the Scioto Mile and Dorrian Green, shopping destination Common Thread, Dinner Dollars, phase II development of The Peninsula, public art initiatives, and development of the future Capital Line.
