The Van Wert County Foundation, based in Van Wert, Ohio, is a philanthropic organization dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for its residents. Lial School is an education management company based out of 5700 Davis Rd, Whitehouse, Ohio, United States.

Lead female camp coordinator for adults with developmental and physical disabilities. Provided immediate supervision and first aid as well as created stimulating and engaging activities for a variety of levels.

 Performed all duties necessary to implement and maintain a high fidelity wraparound model, including creating processes, procedures, and forms.  Supervises four Wraparound Facilitators and the Lead Parent Partner, including staff training and performance evaluations, according to Wraparound principles and NAMI mission and values.  Collaborated with governmental funders to develop outcome measurement plans, quality improvement measures, etc. as well as maintaining a presence on planning, coordinating, and evaluating committees and work groups in order to coordinate Wraparound within the larger system of care.  Available for consultation and program assistance to Wraparound/NAMI staff, administration, and other systems.  Accountable for ensuring fidelity to model, measuring and reporting on status of program, outcomes of family participants, and systemic issues and barriers to outcomes or progress.  Encouraged family voice in program planning through family and parent events, growth of Parent Partner program component.  Established and maintains compliance with program budget.  Community outreach and training regarding NAMI programs, including Wraparound.  Accepted Wraparound referrals and performs as Wraparound Facilitator when needed.

As the President/CEO of the Bryan Area Foundation, I work on behalf of the Board of Trustees and the members of the Bryan Area Foundation to make the greatest impact possible on enhancing and improving the quality of life in Williams County through effective management of our $40M+ assets. This is achieved by serving as a leader, catalyst, and resource for charitable giving. I serve with the purpose of consistently growing endowed assets and investments so we can effectively respond to existing and emerging needs within our community through responsible grant making.
