Custom Assembly is a full-service warehousing and setup business for the recreational vehicle industry. Family owned since 1988, we focus on customer satisfaction. Units are picked up from the manufacturer in a specially designed enclosed trailer. Crates are stored in one of our 100,000+ square foot warehouses until ordered by the dealership. Our team of skilled technicians assemble units to the manufacturers' specifications. All set-up units are shipped to the dealership prepped, cleaned and delivered to you "show-room ready" in a specially designed enclosed trailer.

Our services can vary from acting as an extension of a publisher’s customer service department where warehousing and shipping services are outsourced to providing a publisher with full customer services, invoicing, online shopping cart, sales reporting, warehousing and shipping. PSSC was established in 1974 to provide end-to-end warehousing and shipping services for publishers. With a deep knowledge of the industry, over 200,000 square feet of warehouse space, modern technology and a team of experts, PSSC is designed to meet the unique needs of the publishing industry. PSSC has established warehouses in Massachusetts and Michigan. We currently serve over 350 publishers of varying size and sophistication—ranging from single title self-publishers, to publishers with thousands of SKUs. At ay given time, we house over 12,000,000 units in storage, representing 100,000 SKUs and ship over 15,000,000 books each year. Along with the storage and shipping of books, we also perform set assemblies, kitting, barcoding, and shrink wrapping for many of our customers.
