Its mission is to change lives by partnering with the community and those in need of behavioral health services. Red Oak Behavioral Health has nearly 80 licensed clinicians and 45 case managers. The agency serves approximately 4,000 children and adults living with mental health disorders every year. Since 1937, Easterseals Rehabilitation Center in Wheeling has provided life-changing solutions for children and adults with disabilities. Our speech, physical and occupational therapists provide outpatient therapy for children and also serve children at home through WV Birth to Three and in many local school districts. We also provide medical rehabilitation services for children and adults, as well as autism diagnostic services (Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule-ADOS-2).
